This is a collaborative event with local Summit County Facilitators! We welcome you to try this all-level yoga class meant to bring rest, relaxation, and bliss to the body and mind. It will incorporate Wim Hof Breathwork by a certified instructor, meant to further lower inflammation, calm the mind, and improve overall immunity and resilience in the body.
Bring blankets, yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes!
